2025-2026 Job Openings - K-12 School Counselor & 5th Grade Elementary Teacher (Under "District", "Employment" tabs)
REQUIRED PAPER WORK
All students participating in sports must have current paperwork on file with our Athletic Director Coach Buck. This paperwork includes: Physical: Students in grades 6, 7, 8 must have 1 physical before they begin (practicing) participation at Richfield. This is a one-time requirement at middle school level. As required by IHSAA, physical are required in the 9th and 11th grade year. Students who have a physical in their 10th grade year must have another for the 11th grade year. Physicals must be on file with the school prior to the first day of practice. Interim Questionnaire Form: All students 6-12 annually on file.
Notice of Risk Form:All students 6-12 annually on file.
Concussion Information Acknowledgement:All students 6 -1 2 on file.
